500 yen sashimi platter
I try to include five different types, but I always include tuna.
Because of the price, I can't use expensive bluefin tuna.
I sprinkle salt on it, drain the water, and then make marinated tuna.
It doesn't look good, but it removes excess moisture.
It has a sticky texture and is made to retain only the umami flavor of the tuna.
Using inexpensive seasonal ingredients and putting in a little extra effort
We believe that making delicious food is what makes a great izakaya!
There are almost no high-quality ingredients, sorry m(_ _)m
As a result, there are almost no ready-made products, and I even peel the radish stems myself.
I was born in the Showa era, so my thinking is old-fashioned.

My current fad is adding a little something to sashimi.
Sprinkle salt on the tuna to remove the moisture and then marinate it.
Preparing marinated mackerel is easy, so I make it myself.
The ingredients for the limited 500 yen sashimi are not decided yet.
It changes depending on what we buy each day.
I can't put in anything too expensive though...
I don't really care about profits.
It's definitely in the red.
That's bad!
The local Kambara Festival is coming up soon.
